At Ola's Coffee, every single capsule set, whole bean roast segment, and accessory order is carefully prepared and handled with great attention to quality and freshness. We roast specialty Arabica beans in custom small batches in the UAE to guarantee maximum volatile preservation.
All Culinary Sales are Final
Because our products represent pristine consumable food items, and strictly for hygiene, protection, and sensory safety standards under UAE food regulatory frameworks, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, physical exchanges, or offer cash refunds on our specialty coffee capsules, whole coffee bean packages, custom roasted capsules, or premium curated bundle products.
